E-Court integration: from connecting your account to working on a case

Case materials, notifications, and drafts often need separate checks. E-Court integration in Prism4.ai brings cabinet access, private search over selected materials, and document preparation into the same workspace. Start with one case so you can verify access, document coverage, and the resulting analysis.

What you need to connect

You need a Prism4.ai account, access under an appropriate plan, and a qualified electronic signature key with access to the relevant E-Court materials. Your saved keys and available roles determine which cases and cabinet sections you can open. When several keys are connected, check the selected key before searching or preparing a document.

Private materials stay within your access and selected synchronization policy. Connecting a cabinet does not mean all its documents are already searchable: check synchronization and indexing status separately.

Connect the cabinet and verify your first case

Check access to one specific case before starting a larger research task.

  1. Save your electronic signature credentials through the relevant connection interface in Prism4.ai settings.
  2. Open E-Court in the workspace. Select the key and an available role; a single available key may be selected automatically.
  3. Find the case by number, open the relevant proceeding, and inspect its document list. Check the parties and proceeding number as well as the case title.
  4. Open an original document and its attachments. If materials are missing, verify that your selected key and role can access that proceeding.

Private search and analysis of case materials

Synchronize the selected case and check its search preparation status. Prism4.ai can use cases, proceedings, documents, attachments, and history in the private index. Scanned materials also depend on text recognition: verify dates, amounts, and names against the original.

Give the agent a bounded task: build a timeline for one proceeding, list the parties' claims, or compare arguments in two documents. Request material references for each conclusion and a separate list of missing information. Those references let you return to the case or document to check the context.

Preparing a document and submitting it

For supported forms, select a template, complete its fields, add attachments, and prepare a draft. Before saving, verify the court, case number, parties, and requested relief. An existing draft can be reopened in the applications section to continue working on the same document.

A saved draft and a submitted document have different states. Signing and sending require the appropriate access, data validation, and required confirmation. After submission, verify the actual operation result and document details in the cabinet. Text prepared by an agent does not itself confirm a filing.

What to verify in the result

A useful first result includes the case number, reviewed materials, a timeline with references, and explicit gaps. If a conclusion depends on an attachment, confirm it was available and processed. When a case changes after the analysis, review the new documents and repeat the affected part of the task.

Once access and sources are verified, move on to recurring monitoring or document work in Projects. Track changes through a separate monitoring task with a defined case list and reporting format.

Example task for the agent

Build a timeline of this proceeding in the selected case. For every event, give the date, document, and source reference. List missing documents or attachments separately. Do not prepare a filing unless I give you a separate task.

Expected result

A case timeline with references, a list of reviewed materials, and specific gaps for further work.
